CIVET IN THE DARKNESS - IMPERIAL COFFEE STOUT (750ml)

When Africa falls quiet and the last fires burn low, the civet moves beneath the cover of night. It is said that they feed on coffee cherries, dispersing the seeds across the wilderness as they move through the night. By morning, the civet has vanished but new life has already been scattered in its wake. To celebrate these mysterious night wanderers and the journey of the coffee cherry, we brewed this Imperial Coffee Stout with our friends at Okavango Coffee Co. - dark as the night, rich with roasted coffee notes, a hint of vanilla and layered with deep flavours worth lingering over beside the fire.
