The Wild Idea People Thought Was Crazy.
We didn’t start with a brewery. We started with a question: how do people and elephants truly coexist? For farmers in the Okavango, elephants can wipe out a year’s harvest in a night. Through our partners , Ecoexist Trust, conservationists worked with these farmers to map elephant corridors and adapt planting. Those who went the extra mile became known as elephant-aware farmers custodians of coexistence.
But extra effort needs reward. That’s where millet came in: cllimate change resilient, rooted in tradition. By paying above market prices for millet and brewing it into beer, we created more than a product. We created an economy of coexistence.
What started as an experiment became a movement. From kitchen trials to a brewery in Maun, from lockdown resilience to award-winning beers, we proved that purpose can be poured into every glass.
Before AND After the Wild
We have grown into something bigger. Our new labels carry the spirit of the Okavango; bold, wild, and deeply rooted in the millet we brew with.

Join the Movement – Rewild Yourself
This is the Wild Economy.
We started with millet and elephants, but we won’t stop there. The Wild Economy is a bold new way of doing business — one that restores, not extracts. Imagine supply chains across Africa that reward farmers for protecting nature. Imagine beer that inspires a global tribe to rewild themselves. Imagine a future where profit and planet flow together. That’s the Wild Vision. And it starts with a beer.

What It Means to Be Brewed for the Wild.
Brewed for the Wild is not a tagline. It’s a philosophy:
- For People: Every pint rewards elephant-aware farmers.
- For Planet: Millet and brewing practices that flow with nature.
- For the Wild: Every can, every keg, every sip keeps migration corridors open.
It means no shortcuts. No compromises. Just real beer with a real purpose.
